As long as the item is unused and in a resaleable condition we are able to offer an exchange or refund. We do ask for the original packaging where possible. If you would prefer to exchange the item please let us know by emailing akuababes@hotmail.co.uk
If your parcel is under 10kg in weight and with maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm you can use our Collect+ service. Best website for this is parcel2go.com the customer is responsible for return item of the cost and packaging.
For larger items we can arrange a collection from your home or office. There is a £15.00 collection charge per box for this service. A final collection charge will be confirmed when you contact us to return the item. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for unwanted products purchased more than 14 days ago.
